Dr. Lindsey Haldiman, D.O., has been named Jackson County’s new Chief Medical Examiner. She replaces Dr. Marius Tarau, M.D.
Dr. Haldiman started with the Jackson County Medical Examiner’s Office with a Forensic Pathology Fellowship in 2015, she then served as Deputy Medical Examiner, Deputy Chief Medical Examiner and has been the Interim Chief Medical Examiner since August of last year.
She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwest Missouri State University and her Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences.
Dr. Haldiman is certified in Anatomic and Forensic Pathology by the American Board of Pathology. She has medical licenses from both Missouri and Iowa.
