The Prevailing Wage Compliance Program ensures that workers performing work on County public works projects are paid the prevailing hourly rate of pay. Payroll review and on-site visits ensure contractors are complying with the prevailing wage law of the State of Missouri as well as Chapter 19(PDF, 68KB) of the Jackson County Code.
The Jackson County Compliance Review Office (CRO) utilizes LCPtracker for Certified Payroll Reporting. Access to LCPtracker is granted through the CRO to those vendors holding Jackson County contracts with prevailing wage requirements. Go to LCPtracker
To start an investigation, please complete the Prevailing Wage Complaint Form. Please make sure you press the "Submit" button to send your complaint to the Compliance Review Office.
Companies not in compliance cannot do business with the County.
