To remove a vehicle from your existing individual personal property account you must provide the documents below. These items can be emailed to IPP@JACKSONGOV.ORG or brought in person.

Individual Personal Property staff are located at the Historic Truman Courthouse in Independence. Service is on a first come, first served basis.
Documents Needed:
- Government issued photo ID.
- One of vehicle documentation items below:
- Trade-in paperwork with VIN and date of trade-in.
- Notarized Bill of Sale.
- Receipt from the donation or salvage yard that includes VIN and date.
