Developmental Disability Services - EITAS
Purpose
To administer funds generated by the Sheltered Workshop Levy authorized pursuant to Section 205.971 Missouri Revised Statutes.
Composition
- The County Executive appoints this nine-member board.
- Two members must be related by blood or marriage within the third degree to a disabled person.
- Four members must be public appointments.
- All members must be residents of Jackson County.
